The admission in Delhi University depends upon the cut offs.

The cut offs varies from one college to another depending upon the courses and categories.

The cut offs of North campus colleges goes upto 95 Percent or above.

The cut offs of South campus colleges are comparatively low.

for msc in physics or chemistry you need to pass 10+2 course with mathematics as a subject.
