There is no option of changing or editing process of application form for nursing.I would suggest you to fill another application form to be on a safer side.

Yes, you can appear for DU JAT exam. All you need is proper documents and minimum required score in 12th. You have to give 4 papers including mathematics, English and 2 Elective subjects and score should be atleast 60%.

For DU admission the minimum mark is 50% and above for best 4 subjects and for English atleast 65%.
By getting 64% you get a chance to compete with others. But usually the cut off comes around 90%. It depends on which course you are applying.
