You can apply for scholarship. If you are eligible then definitely you will get scholarship to study Law in the college you want to study. Your idea is really good hope you get scholarship. If you have reservation then you can get scholarship more easily.

Yes, you will get your admission fees back after the deduction of 1000 rs charge for admission cancellation fees, once you withdraw your admission. The DU admission fee paid in the previous cutoff list will be refunded ( after deducting the cancellation fee of Rs 1,000 ) and
