there is no such thing that no one can score more than 60% in b.com Hons.

many factors are affecting the marks of a student.

many students in sol don't study for the whole period and try to mug up in the end.

Yes you can apply after 31st august also as the SOL website itself had told you to wait for next seven days so the reference would be given to the team manager that this were the issues for the delay and there will be provision for this

Well the authorities of university has not made any official announcement for the 9th cutoff yet. So nothing can be confirmed yet. But according to varies colleges information the seat for the reserved category are still vacant in top colleges of du like srcc Hindu. So even if there

Dear aspirant, 9 th cutoff will be releasedby DU if and only if seats are vacant, but if seats are fulfilled then 9th cut off will not be released and for now 8th cutoff has been released so first admissions will be done through that.

Dear aspirant, 9th cut off is released if and only if seats are vacant, but if there is no seat vacant anymore than no other counselling is done. There are very less chances if DU releases its 9th cutoff because usually seats are filled completely by 8th counselling.
