I would suggest you to go for B.Voc in Office Management and Secretarial practice as it is the one with maximum and decent job opportunities. The other two can also be considered if you have interest. B.Voc has multiple exit options too which is a good option. Also

Yes ideally reserved seats are always left vacant and it takes about ten cutoff lists to fill all reserved category seats. The seventh cutoff list has been released today. I would suggest you to take admission now if you're getting somewhere and then upgrade in the next list.

Admission to colleges under University of Delhi in B.Sc Physics Hons. course is based on marks secured in class XII.
The cutoff percentage is calculated by taking marks secured in PCM that is Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects only.

I would say that it totally depends on the course you want to get admission in.

If you want any commerce course then you should go for SBS but for Science course ARSD will be better.

Also note that SBSC has far a better placement cell than ARSD

You can get good placement from any of these course but you do need to keep in mind that you will get good placement in any course only if you will persue graduation in any of the top most colleges of Delhi University
