12th standard preparation and the preparation you do for jee are enough if you want to prepare for du entrance test. You can take as many mockytests that are available online. If you are studying in 11th or 12th or a 12th dropper, you can apply for careers360 talent

As we can see your ranking is very less as compared to any other who is from reservation quota, it is little bit difficult to get a descent collge in DU as you fall under General category. Eventually you can try in some descent collge.

Delhi university colleges admit students based on the cut-off of the respective colleges which generally range above 90%. So if you did qualify your 12th boards with 90% and above, you might be able to take admission in that university otherwise it will be a tough situation.
