according to the quidelines of Delhi University you cannot add physical education in best four. You must add three core subjects and one language subject. If you will add physical education or any other non core subject then you may get a deduction of around 2.5%

If your score is coming around 76.96 or nearly 77 then you have a chance in SSCBS considering last year trend. Last year the student having a composite score of 76 got into SSCBS.

with this percentile it quite not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University if you are a general category student. You can wait for second and third round of counselling but the chances are very rare. You may check the last year‘s cut off for different colleges
