    your chances of getting a college in Delhi University are quite less as the cut off in most of the colleges is more than 90% but you might get in colleges like dr. Bhim rao Ambedkar, zakir hussain,etc in 6th or 7th cut off according to last year’s cut

    Unfortunately,  No. You can't use Malayalam as your language while calculating your BFS ,  you have to use English as your language because Malayalam is not considered as a list A subject.

    Unfortunately,  your best of four aggregate isn't enough to get you a seat in Delhi university in the popular courses,  you can't get admission in other courses except Hindi and Sanskrit Honors. Still,  you can wait for the 5th cutoff to come out.

    For B.Sc Physics Honors,  your aggregate percentage of Physics,  Chemistry and Mathematics is taken into account, you can't add english or tamil in the aggregate percentage. Marks of PCM is used for the cutoff.

    As far as both these colleges are compared,  I will suggest you to take admission in Atma Ram sanatan dharm college,  it is one of the best college of South campus, after Venketeshwar college. I would have prefered ARSD over acharya Narendra dev college,  because of better faculty
