i would say shyam prasad mukherjee college is a better option. You should try getting a morning college as evening colleges are not that good and also not safe for girls. You can pursue ca along with it as there is not much issue of attendance in this college.
there is CW quota in DU . A total of 5% seats are reserved for this quota course wise and college wise.
All the CW applicants are required to upload Educational Concession Certificate in the enclosed format. Then after that is done, cutoffs are released and if one match with

go for PGDAV (evening), it is better option than the others. attendance is also not so strict so that will not be a problem.
