Du be one of top university of India and therefore usually keep their percentage high. It would quite difficult for you get admission in du with 85% as the cutoffs be really high this time. But you may still hope to get in some off campus colleges like satyawati

if you are a general category student most probably you will get some of the evening colleges or colleges of south campus. Some of the colleges are- zakir hussain, pgdav evening, sham lal evening, etc. most probably you won’t get a very good college after third cut off. But

All the colleges under DU are equivalent in terms of education, faculties and facilities.
Since you hv quite a good percentage it is highly advisable to grab du over any state college.
DU is a brand in itself though may be over rated at times but it's worth

The domicile reservation is given based on your state of residence. So you will be eligible for state reservation even if you pass your class 12th from any other state.

And the DU i.e. Delhi University provides higher education courses there is no provision of schooling class 12th
