You can definately register in the second round but your Chances to a get a college would now be very low as compared to the first round.You have good fair marks and since you are in a reserved category you had high chance if getting a college.

To get admission into DU you need to qualify the cut off first. 10+2 Percent is not only the need to check or compare your cut offs for DU. You need to calculate the best of four subjects in your senior secondary result and look for the cut
