For calculation for percentage for DU you need to know your best 4 subjects, in which you have scored the highest marks.
You percentage would be 93 + 93 + 90 + 88 = 364
It would be divided by 4 and your percentage would be 91%

No there is no spot round Councelling in delhi university ug admission,
Admissions are done only on the basis of either merit list cutoff or through du entrance examination.
No separate mock Councelling or open spot is arranged for filling up the remaining seats.
Seats usually get filled

Satyawati evening college is fine, the classes are scheduled in between 2-7pm. The faculties are good (I don't hv subject specific knowledge but overall teachers are qualified and good).

You hv to upload the marks of all the subjects you hv studied and can calculate bfs according to your convenience.

To calculate bfs : add up language + the subject you want to opt + 2 top subjects

Only bfs is considered for admission.

The cutoffs are different for different categories. Since you have not mentioned your category I consider You to be a  general candidate .Considering you as a General candidate and the previous year cutoffs for du, you should /have to wait till the third or fourth cut off of du
