The best four in the Delhi University depends upon the subject you want to seek admission in
the Delhi University. You can surely add Entrepreneurship in best four. However,first off be sure of your calling. Decide on what you want to study and then work accordingly.

With 439 marks and belonging to st category you can get govt medical College in Delhi only through state quota. There is no such thing as DU quota. There sre two quota only that is all India quota and State quota. Are per previous year minimum cut off

You are eligible for applying in both the quotas.
You can select the NCL in the OBC category and apply for CW quota then.
