There's no such specific deduction for opting Ba in English hons in du. You just need to have English as one of your Language necessarily with atleast 55% in it to opt english hons. You need to have an aggregate of 55% marks or more in English and

yes you can get admission in BA programme but admission in honours courses will be difficult. you can choose your fav subject as the major subject.

Hiiiii dear!!!! Yess with this marks you can get some of the good colleges of Delhi University. The university has also declared it's first cut off list of aryabhatta college, atma ram sanataS dharma college, college of vocational studies, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya college, etc.
