The date for the release of CUCET application form hasn't been released yet , it will be tentatively released this month in july 2022 while the exam is expected to be conducted in September 2022. The universities mentioned by you are very popular and good in terms of brand name, placements and in academic perspective.
But if I were to choose between these three I would recommend you to go for delhi university because for bsc and msc courses colleges like hansraj, hindu, Miranda house, lady sree ram , Ashoka are known for these courses. But if you are getting low colleges in du then i would say to go for iit bhu or jnu.
Jamia Millia Islamia university offers admission to the bachelor of Fine Arts course on the basis of entrance examination which is conducted by the University itself. For being eligible for the entrance examination you are required to complete your 10 + 2 class level board examination with at least 50% marks in the aggregate. Jamia Millia Islamia university offers Bachelor of Fine Arts course in Applied Arts, painting and sculpture, and sculpture.

No, you're not eligible for DU LLB as its eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 50% aggregate, for SC/ST it's 40% and for OBC/CW/PwD it's 45%, LLB is for three years. and you need to be a graduate in order to pursue the same,
however there are integrated law courses such as BA-LLB, BCom-LLB, BCA-LLB, BSc-LLB, BBA-LLB to name a few which you can opt after 12th standard, generally the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board in any stream securing 45% marks, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, you can consider appearing for the following entrance tests;
