EWS category has been applied in very few states so it has not been applied in the entire india. So if you do not find any cutoff in DU then it clearly means that the EWS category has not been yet applied. I would suggest you to ask this abot

it depends on your interest. if you are a tech savy, go for bca, if you like to study management/commerce go for bcom.

bca is a professional degree and thus had better placement. if you are going to do higher studies, go for bcom because of du's brand value.
