If you want to take admission through EWS quota, then EWS quota certificate is issued after or on 31st of March '19.

As you don't have maths in class 12th.
So you get the admission in bcom prog.
You have 50-50 chances in getting admission in du colleges as you are from general category and scored less percentage.
So if possible make an EWS certificate from the court.

Yes, you have to give delhi university entrance even if you score 99%.
There is no relaxation for such people who score higher.
The admission will done on entrance basis 70% and 12th marks will be calculated in 30%
