Hello Prannati!!
As you have asked for Hyderabad University qualifying rank to get admission in MCA Program.
I want to tell you that , this year also only 40 seats are vacant for the Masters Of Computer Application in Hyderabad University. It might sounds very tough but you neet little bit more effort to secure your seat in the College.
Regarding the rank, if 40 seats are only available then you should try to score as less as you can like in between 500-2500. This will ensure your seat in the College.
But looking at other colleges also, you can opt for many others also like;
1.) MNNIT, Prayagraj
2.) NIT, Tiruchirappalli
3.) Jagran Institute of Management, Rohini, Delhi
Many more are also there and I am providing you the link through which you can search for all Colleges for MCA program with full details:

Hello there,
See, it is inevident at this moment to predict the colleges you may get with this rank, since they depends on various other factors like students applying, difficulty of questions paper etc.
Now, as per your query it is very difficult for you to get an NIT/IIITs with this rank, because their cutoff is somewhat around 40,000-45,000 in JoSAA 2019(CRL).
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-nits
Now in case of Assam University or UoH etc, their cutoff also is around 45,000-60,000 maximum in their counselling rounds.
You can check out some other private colleges like TIET,LPU,SRM, PES,UPES, IICT, RAMAIAH, AMITY etc. Which admits students using JEE scores
