university of hyderabad do not offer B.Sc biotechnology , however it do offer an integrated course of BSC+MSC in six streams that are mathematical sciences, system biology, physics, chemical sciences, optometry and vision sciences and applied geology and first year fees of same is Rs 10,710 .

But as you tagged UoH( University of Hyderabad) so i am saying about the placement details of UoH have very decent placement records almost every year morethan 100-150 students will be place in different MNC.
Company's like Teradata, One Convergence, TCS Digital, TCS R&D, Deloitte, Acxiom, Zoom Tech, Aganita, Sprint Talent, Core Competence, Thin CI, HSBC, Synchrony, Onix Capital, Bridge i2i, Quadratix, Zen technology, Hashdin, Westagilez, Venper Academy, Seekers, Dr. Reddy’s, VKC, Next Education, Savya Robotic, Life Circle Health, Kims Hospital, Renovo Hospital, Aster Prime Hospital, Data Wise, Invesco, Vedanta, GE to name a few are visitied this University so far.
Overall, more than 340 students were placed at the University during 2018-19, with pay packages ranging from Rs 3.50 Lakhs to Rs 14.00 Lakhs per annum.
In the year 2020 a student has bagged a salary package of Rs 43 lakh by the American software company Adobe Systems. This happened during the campus placements which was particularly for women students as a part of their empowering women under their 'Shecode' initiative.

Sorry to say you but there is nothing to do at the time.Online application for Hyderabad University which is a Central University was opened on 3 April 2020 and it was extended upto 30 June 2020. If you have missed to apply within the extended date that is 30 June 2020 you have to to wait for the next year.

You haven't mentioned if you have qualified JRF in which subject, anyway in case of University of Hyderabad those who want to pursue PhD in Biochemistry, Plant Sciences, Animal Biology, Biotechnology, Systems and Computational Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Public Health have the option to not opt for entrance test, in this case they are 52.5% marks in lieu of written test, however if you choose to appear for the test, then whicherver has highest marks among JRF or written test, that will be taken into consideration. As for other subjects, candidates have to appear for the entrance test, I've provided you all this information on the basis of this year (January)PhD admission process.
