According to uoh information brochure " For admission to all Postgraduate Courses, viz., M.A., M.Sc., M.C.A., M.F.A., M.P.A., Courses and 5-Year Integrated Master’s Degree Courses, the minimum eligibility condition for SC/ST/PH candidates is “Pass” in the minimum qualifying examination."
There are total 15% seats reserved for the sc category students.
The paper for msc biochemistry entrance will consists of three parts: Part A, Part B and Part C.
Part A consisting of 25 questions, Part B consisting of 45 questions and Part C 15 questions with multiple choices.
The syllabus in detail is not given in the information brochure of university of hyderabad. Questions are drawn from various areas of Biology and Chemistry from the degree level.
So you should study the biology and chemistry syllabus of B.Sc for entrance exam.

B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of Science subjects with Chemistry as one of the subjects, preferably in combination with Physics and Mathematics.

In the admission criteria of Hyderabad University it is mentioned minimum 60% marks in 10+2. But for PWD cayegory minimum 50% is required.
Alsi the admission is based on merit score of test conducted by the University and the personal interview. Test has 75 marks and ineview has 25 marks.
