being from open category your chances of getting MSc Mathematics is quite slim......i would say its almost impossible....looking at the cutoff trends of past 3 years expected cutoff will be 28.20 to 38.30.

if you are already an enrolled student of that college then it would be quite hard to change the stream .my suggestion to you is go go to the admission controller office or dean's office ,and ask personally if anything could happen as there is no method provided
