For getting admission in MSc. in biochemistry im Kerala University you must have scored minimum of 50% marks in your bachelor's degree and rest depends upon the entrance exam results.
The syllabus for MSc. In Biochemistry entrance exam consists of objective and subjective type questions from Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Cell Biology, Genetics and Biochemistry.

Although the cutoff for University of kerala goes around 180- 190 scores. But it also depends upon the pool of candidates applying for the college and your academic background. There are less chances. Hope for the best.
