Hello student
Yes you can do your internship in any of the colleges of your choice.
But there should be a review for whether the college / university you are willing to change for internship BMS is registered and approved by MCI Medical Council of India and authorised to enroll for to get permission of internship programme.
As you have mentioned that you want to change your internship from TN MGRMU to Kerala University for rotatory internship program so it can be said that most of the medical colleges in Kerala is approved by MCI as well as the Kerala Health Science University also.

Hi. It is possible that you got a general seat despite your category being OBC. The reason for this is that the general seats are unreserved, which means that these seats are not reserved for any candidate, not even the general candidates.
This is why these seats are also known as unreserved (UR) or open seats as they are provided strictly based on your merit rank irrespective of your category.
Hi. The so called general seats are actually unreserved (UR). This means these seats are not reserved for anyone, even the general category students. So these seats are allocated strictly according to the candidate's merit, irrespective of him/her/them being from any category. If all the seats in a particular category get occupied, and UR seats are left, any student (even reserved) can claim that seat if they rank high enough in the merit. You should not worry about this.
