University of mumbai does not offer Automobile engineering. For further you can visit its official website-

As per the ratings given by students and also by the facilities provided by both colleges, I can say that IIT Madras topped the list but it doesn't mean that it's of very low of kind. Its good when compared to remaining colleges.
