Anna University will release the cut off in online mode . The university does not formally release the cut off.
As far as your percentile is concerned let me tell you that your percentile is a bit low if you want admission in Madras University . Even if i consider you BC category then also it would tough to clear the cut off . For Madras University a cut off of atleast 53-54 is required.

According to the fee policy of Kaloji Narayana Rao University Of Health Sciences, Wrangal, Telangana State:
>> The candidates takes admission under Management Quota to Post Graduate Medical Courses in Private Medical colleges affiliated to KNRUHS have choice of free exit to discontinue from the course in to which they are admitted before 4 PM on 31-03-2022 without any penalty. Also, they will not be allowed to participate in further rounds of management quota.
>> If you discontinue your course after the date mentioned (31-03-2022), penalty clause will be applicable with payment of tuition fee for the entire course, Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) of Bond amount and they will be debarred from admission into KNRUHS for 3-years.
** But as you mentioned that you wish to discontinue now (which is later the mentioned date), so you need to pay the bond/entire course payment of 20 lakhs rupees.
