Unfortunately you can not participate in counselling of deemed university through state quota as all seats of deemed university are filled through AIQ counselling.
Candidates have to appear in AIQ counselling to take admission in any deemed university.

For taking admission in the MBBS AND BDS courses in India Appearing in the NEET UG Examination and Qualifying it is must.
------ Also since the college mentioned in the query is private and is in Karnataka, you will have to take take part in the Karnataka State NEET counseling to get a BDS Seat in the college.

BDS(Bachelor of Dental Sciences) is a 5 year course at MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences. The total fees is Rs 28.48L. Courses added in the curriculum include clinic management which helps students to practise dentistry in private clinic. Career guidance cell guides the future dentist for their practice. They have a module for law for the legal rights and limitations on dentists. There is no placement in BDS. The course contains both theoretical and practical parameters and the lab sessions are very interesting and helpful. This college have excellent faculty with innovative way of teaching.
It is mandatory to study internship and BDS students started their practice in good hospitals like Apollo hospital, RML. So it is a good college for BDS.
