How to get admission in this central university of tamilnadu without CUET exam

gopi 1st May, 2025

Hi Mathew,

Central University of Tamil Nadu Admission (CUTN) without CUET Examination

The Central University Entrance Test (CUET) is the primary entrance test for most undergraduate and postgraduate course admissions in central universities, or in this case, the Central University of Tamil Nadu. However, a few courses offer alternative routes for admission. These are:

  • Direct Admission (for some programs): In certain cases, CUTN can directly admit students based on prior academic qualifications (e.g. for some diplomas or when there are no entrance examinations).
  • Merit Based Admission: Some postgraduate courses can offer merit based admission, wherein eligible candidates are selected based on their prior qualifying examinations (UG or PG).
  • Other Reserved Categories: Students could also qualify for some reserved categories or special quotas (e.g. for sports or cultural achievements, etc.). There could be different criteria that could be applied in this instance, etc.

I did B.com from Motilal Nehru College University of delhi (2020) and took Admission at School of open learning for m.com . and due to some reason i had to drop it .now i am enrolling for mba at IIM so do it create any problem if i take admission on behalf of B.com migration certificate.

Riya Dhoot 9th Apr, 2025

Hello Ankush,

No, it won't create any problem if you take MBA admission using your B.Com (//B.Com) migration certificate. Dropping M.Com (//M.Com) from AOL doesn't affect your eligibility for MBA. just ensure your B.Com (//B.Com) documents are valid and complete for verification at IIM.

Hope this message finds you well,

Thank You.
