Hello Dear Student,
Please Mention Your All India Rank for better Predictions, but on these marks your AIR may be around 350000+ and If you are interested in securing MBBS Seat in a Deemed University then your chances are Good because Deemed Universities have High Fee structure that's why Cut off is low for getting admission in Deemed Universities, I can't be sure about Karnataka that you will get a Seat in Deemed University of Karnataka or Not, it depends on the number of Vacant Seats in Deemed Universities of Karnataka but if you fill Deemed Universities of Karnataka on Top orders in Choice filling then your chances will remain high according to vacancy. And SC Category reservations are not applicable in Deemed Universities because they are Private Medical Colleges. You will get the seat through All India Management Quota.
According to Latest Allotment list of Round 1 All India Counselling 2020 by MCC, Deemed Universities are alloted beyond AIR 450000+ for MBBS Seat so according to this you should participate in upcoming Round 2 of All India Counselling by MCC if you are interested in Deemed Universities.
Fee structure for MBBS Course in Deemed Universities: Min 10 lakh rupees per annum to Max 25 lakh rupees per annum.
Please use Careers360 NEET College Predictor Tool, To know your chances of Securing Good Deemed University on your Rank, here is the link: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Actually they don't expect you to be topper in GATE..they want only 90 percentile which means even if you clear GATE with just 1 or 2 marks more than cut off you also can get the call. They don't care about your score or rank . It's just to be shortlisted in 1st round then they will judge you by your overall profile. So, it really means nothing if you get 99.99 or 91 percentile. Next step is important . As far I've heard good profile means
Actually with GATE score anyone just only can apply for M.Engg both in NUS NTU so they really care a lot about your prior research exp.
