You have not specified the exam in which you have got the ranks. Assuming it is KCET, the last year cutoff rank for CSE was 53908 for general upto 144000 for SC. So based upon your category, you may or may not get the CSE branch. Also in COMEDK the statistics were around that. So you may hope to get an admit based on you category.

You are required to  have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together to be eligible for MBBS programme.

Yes,  in central university of himachal pradesh there is a lot facilities to make yourself satisfies to take the UG courses. All the teaching faculties, non teaching stuffs, campus strategies all are too good to be shared. BA economics hons is most preferred subject here.
