If one is not able to secure admission in any of the college offering BMS then the conventional courses like BCOM can be opted and the admission procedure is simple. Once cut off is announced then the college which is best in that particular cut off can be opted by submitting all the relevant documents.
Dear candidate, only one application form is released for admission into Mumbai University. As you have crossed the last date for registering to the courses in MU, there is no other option to go for it via another sources or any other application form. You will have to move in other colleges, or wait till next year fro MU

As you have missed last date of application of Mumbai University , check whether universities allow application with late fees . Usually some of the universities take application with late fee as fine , if it is there , then appli immediately. If not , there will no option apply .

once the registration dates have surpaas there is no way that you can fill the forms online, however various offline methods still do exist, like you can visit the college and enquire in the college itself to know more. You do have a chance and so you can try your best.
