I had dropped this year. last year I gave 12th like in 2018 now I want to take admission in bsc so can I fill online form for merit list ?

Ankita Padhi 23rd May, 2019

Hello Shruti,

The eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled for a B.Sc course is that you must have cleared class 12th examination in science stream i.e. Medical or Non-Medical as you have chosen. If yes, then you may go forward with the admission procedure. The sale of admission form will be in the last week of May offline. You will have to submit the pre-admission form along with the admission forms available offline. By the second week of June, merit lists will be released.

I hope this was helpful.

All the Best!

Hello sir i have got 88persentile in mains so can i get any university of design course

Namita Karnik 23rd May, 2019

Hello Kanjula. If you're talking about JEE mains, then the only option you have is IIT or NIT, which have architecture courses and not design. Otherwise JEE mains score is not used for admission in design field. Also, if u want admission in IIT in design, you can apply for CEED(which is only applicable for design in IIT).

Sir I get 90.75%in isc exam .can I join for BA Economics in MU or DU

Darshita Shukla 23rd May, 2019

Hello aspirant!

Generally the cut-offs for both of these courses in MU and DU is quite high, especially in DU. So I think it might be very difficult for you to get into any of these Universities for these courses. You can pursue BHU by giving it's entrance exam or Allahabad University if you are determined to do these courses.

I have scored 92% in my ISC 12th board examination. Will I get into St Xaviers for BA in psychology.

Raashi Kohli 23rd May, 2019
Hi, unfortunately, getting admission in St. Xavier's college, Mumbai might be dicy for you as the first cut off for students who passed from boards other than HSC is 98%.
There are 3 categories in St Xavier's and each have different cut offs.
  • In-house- (a) GENERAL CATEGORY 21% reservation
                           (b) CHRISTIAN MINORITY 43%
                           (C) RC, HANDICAPPED, DEFENSE 21%
                           (d) MANAGEMENT QUOTA 15%
The cut off for in house is lower than 2 categories

  • Outside students who have passed from HSC, Maharashtra board- 92%
  • Outside students who have passed from CBSE, ISC boards- 96% to 98%
The seats that are vacant are only given to outsiders as first preference is given to in house students.

Good luck
