Hello Ayushi,

If by MU you mean Mumbai University then unfortunately it does not provide BBA course. However it provides similar courses like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). You can check out all the courses provided by Mumbai University from the link below.

And if by MU you meant Manipal University then Manipal University Jaipur does provide Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) course. It is a 3- year duration course and to get admission to its BBA course you need to qualify the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). You can apply for BBA course in Manipal University before 30th April. How to apply for distant Learning?

Hlo shreya,You should apply online on the IDOL website of the university. You should apply separately in case of MCA Entrance Exam.

You should pay the Application Fee of Rs. 500 through online mode i.e., Debit/ Credit Cards/ Internet Banking, or Bank Challan of Bank of Maharashtra only.

The registration for the distance programmes have started from 23 march 2019.

for admission in undergraduate distance courses, you should have passed 12th or any equivalent exam from a recognized board. Also you should have passed exam for first year admission for the desired course. 

For eg- if you want admission in B.A distance course. You should have passed 12th and you should have passed for first year BA course.

For pg courses you must have a ug course degree from a recognized university.

Yes you can get admission  in the fybcom no issues because the eligibility criteria is minimum 45% in 10+2 class don't worry about the past engineering college dropout

Hey, because of the selection is based on the merit list the number is very uncertain. It depends on the number of students appeared for the exam, the score of that year and the number of people applied for the course that year. What you can do it try your luck and apply for the university.

there is nothing to worry about it.

the level of maths questions are of 10th basics.

so if you revise mathematics then you will easily crack GUJCET.

for revision you can choose Lucent mathematics book.

and also many you tube vedios are threr .you can also prepare through them.

When will the application forms of university of mumbai for bms will be out

Hi there, Ritu. Mumbai University offers a 5 year Intergrated course for BMS and MBA. For taking admission in this 5 year Integrated course, you need to register for Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test (MUCMET). 


Here are the important information to considered for MUCMET:


-The registration will begin from the 3rd/4th week May 2019.


-Your class 12th marks should not be less than 45% in case of general candidate and 40% in case of reserved candidate.


-Your age should not be more than 20 years in May, 2019. 


-85% of the seats will be reserved for the students studying from Maharasthra Board or any recognised institution from Maharashtra.


-The Entrance Test will be of 2 Hours in which 50 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked. Each questions will carry 2 marks and the total marks of MUCMET will be 100. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. 


-After the completion of MUCMET examination, a common merit list will be released and the admission will be done on the basis of that merit list. 


Syllabus for MUCMET:


Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test (MUMCET) is divided into four sections as follows:


Section 1 - Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: This section will contain questions on Comprehension, Grammar, Expression, Phrases,  Synonym and Antonym, etc. 


Section 2 - Quantitative Aptitude: This section will contain questions from Ratios, Average, Quantative Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and various other numerical questions.


Section 3 - Logical/Abstract Reasoning: Section 3 will consist of questions in the form of figures, graphes and diagrams to check the logical understanding of the students.


Section 4 - General Awareness: This section will contain questions from General Knowledge, Current Affairs and Events in the world, etc.

Dear Samay, for being eligible for DU JAT, you should have passed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% if you belong to General Category. This aggregate should be in 4 papers including English, Mathematics and 2 other electives. Physics and Chemistry can be those electives. So please check the aggregate adding English marks as well. So if the aggregate crosses 60%, then you are eligible for DU JAT. You can choose BBE through DU JAT.

Dear aspirant,

University of Mumbai the oldest University which was established in 1857 and located at Mumbai, Maharashtra and one of the first three universities in India.  Several private colleges in and around Mumbai are affiliated to MU. It has established its name in industrial & International collaborations and runs various professional courses. At national level, it has excelled in sports, cultural and out-reach activities. The University was accorded 5 star status in 2001 & 'A' grade status in April 2012 by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It has been granted University with Potential for Excellence (UPE) status by UGC and PURSE Scheme by DST.

The University invites applications for admission to the above mentioned programmes for the academic year 2019-20. The admission to the engineering programmes is through the Maharashtra Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2019 to be held on May 5th, 2019 (tentative). While the admission to B.Arch. Programme is through the National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA) 2019 to be held on various dates.

Your selection will be on the basis of MHT – CET 2019 Examination. The MHT-CET-2019 for engineering admissions will consist of two question papers (Paper 1 and Paper 3). Each paper is of 100 marks and one and a half hours duration. The questions will be multiple choice type and all questions have to be answered.

Paper 1 consists of Physics and Chemistry with 50 questions each carrying one marks for every correct answer. Paper 3comprises of Mathematics with 50 questions with 2 marks for every correct answer. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers. The syllabus for every subject will be the same as for the current year for HSC Examination (i.e., March 2019) of HSC Board of Maharashtra.
