The M.Sc. Biotechnology programme at the University of Mysore, is funded by DBT under the HRD scheme. Under this scheme 15 students are admitted to the M.Sc. programme through National level Graduate Aptitude Test in Biotechnology (GAT-B) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

The applications for the same were open from 11 March 2022 to 31 March 2022 (upto 05:00 P.M) as per the NTA website. The exam is scheduled on 23 April 2022 (Saturday) 09.00 AM – 12.00 PM.

The eligibility criteria to pursue BCom LLB in Mysore University is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for OBC/ST/SC candidates, admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination, the course is offered in full time mode for a duration of five years, the fee structure is different for scheme A and scheme B, those who come under the former has tuition fee of Rs 6000 on an annual basis, while for the latter the first year fee structure is Rs 29500 and for the second it's Rs 27500,  along with this there are other charges as well which you can check out the last year fee structure at https://uni-mysore.ac.in/english-version/sites/default/files/content/fee_structure_2021-22.pdf

The application form can be filled by visiting the official website of Mysore University followed by submission through post or in person.

Admission to all the PG courses such as M.Tech, MA, M.Sc, M.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.Li.I.Sc, MSW, M.com, and LL.M is offered on the basis of the Postgraduate Entrance Exam (PGEE) conducted by Mysore University.

Why would it be a risk if you are interested in doing it?.. The eligibility criteria for MCA is Bachelor of computer applications or graduate in any field but with maths as a compulsory subject in 12th or in any year of graduation.

Hi, so basically the course provided by Mysore University is fine. They have topics of technologies that are currently in the market.

So you can definitely pursue the course.

So basically computer science engineering i.e., Btech or BE are actually very good courses and are very job oriented.

You will learn topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Computer system architecture, etc.

You will learn programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C, Html, Css, JavaScript etc.

If you have made up your mind for computer science field i'd suggest you to develop your skills.

Because at the end of the day your skills are going to make a change, your skills will help you to get your dream package and your dream company.

BCA in Mysore university is an online program. The details are as follows

Program Duration

Normal duration of the course is 3 successive Calendar Years and the maximum duration is 6 successive Calendar Years from the date of registration.

Eligibility

Candidates who have passed Class XII in any stream

OR

Candidates who have passed Class X and have successfully completed three years Diploma course from a government recognized body.

Applications & admissions

Applications for University of Mysore Online Programs are accepted throughout the year on a rolling admission basis, although there may be application deadlines fixed for each batch individually.

Curriculum & Studies

Students are provided with the syllabi and curriculum they require to cover in the form of ebooks and other resources online via the University’s Online Learning Portal. They may begin immediately, choosing the order in which they want to study or undertake the courses required to complete the program. Courses may be studied one at a time, or parallel, with no limits on the number of courses to be studied together.

Once they have gone through the required topics, they may attempt the continuous assessments associated with each course online , using the online assessment system. Having cleared the continuous assessments C1 & C2 with a minimum marks of 40% makes a student eligible to appear for the end term assessment, C3, for a course.

Exams Online

End term assessments (C3) for each of the courses is conducted online via a web proctored examination system, which allows the student to appear for the exam while being proctored or monitored by a proctor using the students web-camera itself. This ensures the integrity of the assessment process. As a result, students are free to take the exams at any time of their choice, throughout the year. Also, exams can be taken in any order, i.e in the same manner as courses, as and when the student is ready to appear.
