Cucet is common entrance examination for university. And punjab university take part of it. Last year cutoff of MSc in molecular medicine in punjab university was 30 percentage for OBC category candidates.
So if you get minimum 30% then you will get easily this course in punjab university. This is very reputable and good university.

For admission in Central University is done on CUCET qualifying marks. You have got 35 in botany. Perhaps you are applying for undergraduate courses.
For undergraduate courses there is qualifying marks for botany subject is from 33 to 30.
But for MSc botany courses qualifying marks for Central University through CUCET is 73.5 to to 70 percentile.

All the universities mentioned above are good for pursuing a master degree in Chemistry. The admission to central universities are conducted through Common entrance test conducted every year. The admissions to CU is conducted via entrance exam conducted by the college. However I suggest to go for central universities since it is has more legacy. CU is one of the fastest growing institutions and it is great but if you have a chance to go to central universities then go for it. Compared to Central university of Punjab and Rajasthan I think Punjab is better option. You can compare the college of your choices by using the college comparing tool and can opt best one for you.
