All the students who are studying outside of India or are foreign nationals and do not hold an Indian passport can appear for Common Admission Test or CAT if the Indian Government recognizes their university. The certification must be from any of the Universities that are accredited by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India . Candidates who will be writing the final exam are also qualified to appear for the CAT exam.

So essentially yes, you can appear for the CAT examination. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!

Hi, yes there are high chances of you getting into University of Southern California. Your IELTS or TOFEL score will be more important as well.
