Age limit is maximum 25 years and minimum 17 years.
For reserved category 30 age is maximum.

Yes, you can do that. You can pass the on demand examination from NIOS if you are not staisfoed with your previous result of UP boards. This mode allows you to appear for senior secondary examination after passing your 12th to upgrade your knowledge. But you may not get

I dont understand your question. i dont think you asked what you wanted.
when you have already passed class 12 from UP board, why do you have to appear again as a private candidate from CBSE?

You have not mentioned which subjects you are asking for, whether science or arts or commerce, as the syllabus will be different.

For improvement examination only one chance in the succeeding year is permitted, and for the additional subject, the candidate may appear within 6 years of passing the Main examination.
You cannot appear for the exam as a private candidate in 2020 if you have finished your exams in 2018.
