There is no such reservation for NCC Certificate holders in the NEET exam. The seats are only allotted according to the categories, i.e., general, SC/ST, OBC, or physically handicapped category.

If you want  really to take admission in MD courses then you have to  pay the the application and etc fees for admission. The decision of not paying the fees as it much more according to you then then then this decision will not be a justified decision
