From your profile it seems you belong to UP, but  you haven't mentioned your category, hence I'm assuming it to be general, if we go through last year state cut-offs then under 85% state quota 610 marks secured seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich hence with 463 marks chances

UP is a state with pretty high cut-offs, last year through state quota 606 marks secured seat in Autonomous Medical College Bahraich belonging to OBC Category, hence with 444 chances are tough for GMC though there are possibilities for private colleges through state quota, however this is entirely based
