    I had joined a government cost sharing college in second phase allotment in KEAM 2023. If there is no change in third phase. Can I participate in mop up round for government colleges!? Will the Government cost sharing colleges give back my certificates after third phase?

    Hello Aspirant,

    If you already received a college offer in NEET round 2 counseling and have accepted admission, you cannot take part in the mop up round of counseling. unfortunately after taking college in second round you are not allowed to upgrade.
