Unfortunately Ramkrishna you are very late because WBJEE 2021 applications were already extended till April 30th and now there is no any order for extension of the Application dates and also the correction period is over now. So now if you want to appear for WBJEE then you have to wait for next year and if we talk about Presidency University then admission in it is also made through WBJEE so if you will not appear for WBJEE then you cannot get admission in B.Tech course offered by Presidency University, Kolkata.

According to the state of eligibility criteria for JEE, the state the candidate has completed his or her class 12th or equivalent examination will be considered as their state of eligibility. Since, you have completed your class 12th from Uttarakhand, then your state of eligibility will be the same only.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't get admission in jadhavpur university as its criteria is that one should be having domocile of WEST BENGAL because other states students are not eligible for that because it is a state government university rather you can apply for best private colleges in west bengal.
