will it be good to take up the crash course for the April attempt starting now for jee mains ????OR it will be good to revise notes and self study ????

Shrishty sahu 10th Feb, 2021
Dear student,
It depends on your level of preparation. If you are confident about your preparation and have prepared nicely all year round for jee mains then at this moment of time revising notes, solving previous years questions, taking mock tests will be good for you but if you aren't that confident them i would advice you to take up the crash course. If you haven't studied consistently all year round then it would be really difficult to crack jee now.

sir i committed a mistake while filling up the ssc mts exam form that my age is 25.10 years so it crosses the 25 year category but eligible for 27 years one. But i clicked the age relaxation cayegory as i belong to the OBC . Will there be any problem later on?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 10th Feb, 2021

Hello,

The age limit is 18-25 years and 18-27 years for various posts for SSC Multi-Tasking Staff(non-technical) 2020 So if you get selected for the post for which the age limit is 18-25 years then you may have to provide the age relaxation certificate. If you get selected for the post for which the age limit is 18-27 years you do not have to provide any age relaxation certificate as your age is below the upper age limit. The various posts and the number of vacancies will be updated in the website as per the information available in the SSC MTS official notification. So please check the SSC official website for updates regarding the posts available and vacancies. Depending on the post you may have to obtain the age relaxation certificate.

cheap private mbbs colleges in bihar and up

harshitasharansrivastava Student Expert 9th Feb, 2021

Hello Dear,

Private Medical colleges are not at the cheap rate. If you wanted to do MBBS at cheap rate you have to take admission in government colleges. There are more than 15 private medical colleges in Bihar. But none of them has fee less than 2.5 lac per year. The MBBS course fee may vary from government, private and deemed universities. The average fee for government medical colleges ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 7 lakh, whereas the MBBS fee for private colleges can range from INR 15 lakh to more than INR 1 Cr. You can follow the link and compare the fee of private medical colleges in bihar and UP.

Hello sir. I have made a mistake in SSC registeration in place of 10th Roll No and year of passing. I put 12 standard details. And I have completed my SSC CGL registeration. While filling up the form for SSC MTS I found that I had made a mistake.. Is there any possible ways to rectify it

Sharon Rose Student Expert 9th Feb, 2021

Hello,

You can modify the basic details in the candidate login portal. Go to https://ssc.nic.in/ and login using your credentials. Then click on 'Modify Registration' and click in 'edit'. You can now change/correct the basic details in that you can also correct the class 10th details such as class 10th roll number and year of passing and click on 'save' to save the details. You can modify your basic details twice but this change might not be applicable to the already submitted applications. There is no correction window for SSC CGL and SSC MTS so you cannot correct the details filled in the application form. If the details are incorrect then you will not be eligible for further stage of selection.

i am a medical aspirant from maharashtra and come under nt c(dhangar) caste which is stated under obc in central list of maharashtra. but in uttar Pradesh dhangar caste is stated under sc in central list .so can I pursue a seat in up under sc category.

anirudha vats 19th Mar, 2021

Hi,

Well you are only allowed to take the benefits of state counseling from one state and that state being your state kf domicile. You cannot have domicile from two different states. So if you have domicile of maharastra then you can only apply for state quota counseling in Maharashtra and cannot apply in Uttar Pradesh and vice versa.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

I was one of the best students of my school. Everybody knew me for being intelligent and hardworking. Ever since online classes began, I forgot how to study. I cannot focus or concentrate anymore. People who were so far behind have started defeating me in my jee exams. I want to give up. Please help

Shrishty sahu 7th Feb, 2021
Dear student,
Don't panic do much, take a deep breath and now focus on developing your strategy. If you are in class 11th then you have time for jee but if you are in class 12th then it's almost impossible now. We all know that online classes are not that effective. Now since you are so much behind your classmates, you have you work really hard. Try to get used to online classes, as this is going to continue. Prepare a time table for yourself and set daily goals. Focus on both reading theory and problem solving. Don't procrastinate your work and get your doubts solved by your tutors within a day or two. It's easy to give up but you must at least try once. There ate thousands of students who do not give up, even after not cracking jee they take a drop and fight back. Don't lose the spirit of fighting back.

in other countries such as UK,US and Finland is it possible to receive a degree in college in a subject you didnt study in high school. If so could I take up zoology in said countries.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 20th Feb, 2021

hi,

see in india, in order to study bachelor of zoology course you have to study physics, chemistry and biology / biotechnology in 12th course with securing atleast of 50% marks in pcb. I have given a example of university of derby which rank 94 in uk college ranking. university of derby offers b.sc in zoology course , the requirement to apply for this course is as follows:

UCAS points    120

Specific requirements at A-level   - At least a grade C in Biology at A-level

Specific requirements at GCSE   -  At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at grade 4/C or above

IELTS    6.0 (with at least 5.5 in each skills area)

so if you check for tier one colleges of abroad it needs to have a subject related to bachelors in high school or you must complete a diploma course in the said subject to become eligible for admission.

follow the below link to know in details:
