Private Medical colleges are not at the cheap rate. If you wanted to do MBBS at cheap rate you have to take admission in government colleges. There are more than 15 private medical colleges in Bihar. But none of them has fee less than 2.5 lac per year.

Well you are only allowed to take the benefits of state counseling from one state and that state being your state kf domicile. You cannot have domicile from two different states. So if you have domicile of maharastra then you can only apply for state quota counseling in Maharashtra

You didn't mention scholarship name above. In Uttar Pradesh those candidates studied in class 11th general/sc/st all are getting scholarship. If general candidates parents annual income 2lakh and sc/st candidates parents annual income 2.5 lakh. But for this scholarship you have to register your name.
