With 506 marks you have chance to get any BAMS seat in government medical college. Candidates who belong to general catagory required at least 480 plus marks to get government bams college in uttar pradesh. So you can easily get seat.

You haven't mentioned your category, presuming you as General last year 575 marks with respective rank of 14621 secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich and this year there are higher chances of cut-offs increasing, the entire mark vs rank has gone through a drastic change by increase

As per your question, according to your marks your rank would be in around 67k to 69k as per general category as you didn't mentioned your category. So as per this rank if you are going for BDS then you may get cheaper

It's quite difficult to predict marks get a college as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like your domicile state , number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

With 540 marks your expected rank will be 29010-40160, as per previous year data the least marks required to secure a GMC seat for OBC was 573 in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich and Basti hence your marks are comparatively less, you can try for private colleges or deemed universities,
