Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs college. Since you are marks above 600, so there are good chances of getting a good mbbs college under state quota

If you want to take admission in other state college than you have to take it through 15% All India Quota seats but that is also valid for GMCs. According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected in the range of  89930
