According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs with CSE or IT as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges

Dev, yes you can get NITs on the basis of previous years records and you category rank. However, there are chances that you might not get your desired seat but you can get some of the NITs such as nit patna, nit Mizoram, nit Manipur, nit Assam, nit meghalaya etc.

2. For coming to scope it have both public , private and Multi National Companies providing employment .
