Since you have not mentioned the name of examination for which you have filled the application form so it is little bit difficult to guide you accordingly.

Generally some examination authorities provides facility of correction window if they also do so than you can correct your name there.

The eligibility criteria for AIEEA is that a candidates must have the bachelors degree in respective fields under the pattern of 10+2+5 (B.V. Sc. and A.H.), 10+2+4 and 10+6.
