Hello aspirant,
According to the MCC rules, only candidates not holding back any seat, that is, candidates who haven't been allotted any seat in any subsequent rounds of counseling are eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round. As you already have been allotted a seat in the Mop Up round, you will not be able to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
Hope it helps!

No matter where your schools is to be, your domicile is your place where your permanent house or address is located. The state where you actually located is called your Domicile. Since you have mentioned that you stay in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. So, for now your Domicile is Uttar Pradesh.
Your domicile is defined as the place where you make your permanent home and where you are considered to be a permanent resident . An example of your domicile is the home state where you live.
