No you will not be considered under OBC-NCL reservation category for admission to either NSUT/IIIT-D/DTU. This is because if your category does not lie under the central reservation list of OBC available on the official website of NCBC and therefore you cannot use the OBC reservation certificate issued for state level benefits of Uttar Pradesh, in Delhi colleges.

For admission to aforesaid institutions you need to appear for JAC counselling for which you will have to use your category as general until and unless you lies under the central reservation list available at the official website of NCBC.

It doesn't really matter if you have made your ews certificate after you have filled the form. But if you have uploaded a certificate in the application form which is different with what you have made now then it could create unnecessary trouble.

But the certificate which you have made now is the only certificate then you don't need to worry about anything . It is absolutely right.

Ews eligibility criteria is as follows -

1- Your family income should not be less than 8L per annum

2- You should not own more than 5 acres of land.

3- You should not own more than 1000 sq ft of home.

You can only do fresh registration for mop-up round if you take an exit from earlier rounds otherwise if you are already registered for counselling of earlier round of NEET UG AIQ counselling than there is no need to register again and also if you have not allotted any seat then only you can go for mop-up round otherwise once you join any seat then you cannot go for mop-up round.

No now there is no need to verify your documents again if you had already verified them before round 1st. Document verification is only required for freshly registered candidates in UP NEET UG counselling but as you have mentioned that you had already verified your documents before round 1st so there is no need to get them verified again.
