To appear for UPSC civil service, you just need to have a graduation degree. There is no as such prescribed minimum percentage by the exam conducting authority.

Upsc preparation requires deep learning of topic ,many coaching institutes and youtube channels continuously repeat same previous year study material many reputed institutes does the same and youtube channels too ,this not benefit you for exam because exam questions are modified yearly but institutes repeat old study material. This is really good , that you have Qualify in NDA exam.But i am sorry to say that their is no different vacancy for IPS exam.

Now you have completed 12th standard but the minimum Qualification for IPS recruitment exam is Graduate.

there is no issue for having commerce in 12th you should be glad to know that you have economics which is having a good portion in upsc syllabus,

UPSC is an organisation which conduct civil service exam for the post of IAS, IPS etc.

maths doesn't have much role

no problem if you don't want to go for BTech,

firstly don't think that only arts students can easily crack UPSC exam and all because the thing matter is your interest you don't have to only read that subject but have to deeply understand, so, go for such subject
