There is almost no any college in which they teach at UPSC level. you have to do your preparation , you can join coaching it will be best for you.

The college is very good . It accepts a MAT score above 60 . All else depends upon the cut off trends.

OF course, google workers earn more than IAS. The salary of IAS may be maximum 60-70 thousand per month but the worker of google earn more than 2 lakhs per month.
But IAS is a royal job.

The basic eligibility criteria for appearing for UPSC exam (Civil Services) is an undergraduate degree from a university.
